Mixed Bean Soup
Serves: 4-5 | Estimated Time: 30-45 min
Ingredients:
- 6 cups of stock
- 1 lbs of CLIC soup mix
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp of vegetable oil
- spices
Directions:
- Combine 6 cups of stock, 1 to 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons salt and your favourite spices. Bring to a boil.
- Add 1 lbs Soup Mix, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender.
